What to Expect During Your GI Consult?
You will be asked for information about your past medical history, past surgeries, your family history, and the symptoms you are having. A treatment plan will be outlined for you, including blood work, x-rays, and/or a procedure to determine the cause of your symptoms.
What to Bring to Your Appointment?
You MUST bring your medications or an updated list of medications to each office visit. Please also have a picture ID and your insurance card(s). If you have seen us in the past, notify us of changes in any of your information since your last visit.
